The adjustable head rest is pretty useless since it simply moves all the way back when you rest your head on it. Also the wood, and in particular the screws look cheap. But very comfortable to sit in when paired the ottoman.

Item description list that the chair comes with the footrest. It did not. They offered me 10% off to keep it without the footrest. They said that they were going to change the item description. I told them that that was unacceptable and to come get it and give me a full refund. They haven’t gotten back with me, but I will be calling the next business day.

Beautiful and comfortable chair. Easy ordering, arrived in time, well packaged and a quality piece. Worth every dollar friend!
