I ordered 4 bar stools. 3 arrived and one of them had the arm completely severed. I reported that and was sent a replacement and the other stool. Well the replacement clearly had the same brake but was glued back together! I’m feeling taken advantage of and so I am going to ask that they take this back so they can see for themselves its no way to send out a piece of furniture hoping the purchaser doesn’t notice something that obvious.
