I have never ordered a sofa without seeing it in person, but I took a chance and ordered this one and love it! The cushions are firm (which is what I wanted) and the fabric is a nice textured linen type material. Very comfortable and looks much more expensive than it cost. The delivery was canceled and rescheduled three times (not so great) but overall, I'm very happy with this sofa.

Pros It’s really pretty. The fabric is soft. Love the vibe. Cons VERY firm. It’s not comfortable to me at all. The chaise part creaks when sat on (I weigh 145lbs). It’s lower to the ground than I would like. Also it was delivered with a small 1 inch tear. They offered me a small discount but not a replacement. On another note… I decided to get a Wayfair CC for the purchase. I just moved and there’s a problem with the post office not delivering my mail so I haven’t received the card. When I tried to register the card online it wouldn’t let me without the card. Tried other methods that didn’t work. Went on family vacation and when I returned I tried again but wasn’t successful. Finally called them and after a very frustrating call.. they tell me they can go ahead and take my payment over the phone and I’m one day overdue and have to pay a late fee. Not happy (

Not anti scratch or scratch resistant or tear resistant at all. Bad quality and waste if money.

Nice, but not worth the price. Material is soft but has a textured basket weave, I am concerned about piling. Seat cushions are firm, back cushions are detachable and soft. The size is perfect for 2 people to lay down comfortably. The color is a light beige Update I have had for 2 years no piling
