This ottoman is perfect for our needs. We were looking for something tall enough that we could kick our feet up on it while we relax on our standard height couch, and also something that would allow us to still see our beautiful rug! This is perfect for both! We are a family of 6 (kids aged 12, 10, 8, 6), and this picture is after 3 months of heavy use- still looking brand new!

So versatile. We're using it between two leather sofas to prop your feet on, sit your breakfast tray on, hold your laptop for movies, and provide extra seating when there is a crowd. The first one I received had a crack all the way through the leg which looked like it could break off. One call to customer service and they had another on the way. It arrived within just a few days. Excellent experience. So glad I bought this.
