Scheduled for delivery on a Friday, then rescheduled with no reason. Delivery into my condo unit was fast. Sadly a seam on front of the sofa was a bit bunched up. The middle leg didn't seem long enough as I had to unscrew the extender quite a bit. With so much of the extender screw exposed, it could easily bend or break. I contacted customer service and they offered me a discount. I requested a longer middle leg and the discount. They said I could take the discount with no leg replacement or return the sofa and have it replaced. I didn't want to go through the hassle of replacing the sofa and just took the discount.

This sofa is beautiful and comfortable. Combined with matching armchairs on complimentary green velvet upholstery, it really elevates the room. Quick shipping, courteous and accommodating delivery.
