Viveros Leather Chair

This is a very nice quality chair and gets complimented all the time in our family room.

The seat cushion has damage, and I think the central spring is damaged. In addition, the bottom finish is poor to that of the identical item I received a month earlier. When I called Wayfair support to start the return process, they transferred responsibility to Vendoe and told me to deal directly with the vendor and go through all hassles. The wayfair support representative should ideally have initiated the return, but instead they said they really can't do anything. We purchased the item on the wayfair website, and since we transacted with wayfair rather than the vendor, it is ideal that wayfair fulfill our request and deal with their internal vendor. The customer service was pathetic, and it left me with the feeling that Wayfair was unable to resolve the problem and was instead delegating it to the vendor. This is an obvious warning sign for me to avoid doing business with them going forward.

I love these chairs - they’re not super comfy…but still comfortable. The leather is a very pretty color and the stitching makes them high end. Delivered in perfect condition too.

Beautiful and comfortable. My husband did not want me to add chairs to the family room. Too late I had already ordered. They took a while to be delivered, but once these beauties showed up, he was sold.

I wish it was just a bit bigger to make a statement, but it's a very nice accent chair!
