I bought this a few years ago now, but was never happy with it. I bought it as a platform bed, putting the mattress directly on it. The slats did not support the mattress. In fact, I had to buy plywood at the hardware store to put between this bed frame and my mattress in order to prevent the mattress from sagging. When I moved I finally just had it hauled away for trashing. The other probem is that because there are no legs for a broom or swifter to get between, it is not easy to clean the dust that naturally accumulates under it.
