Lit pliable Makena

The idea is a great idea. They don’t pack this in a way to protect it- literally no packing foam or bubble wrap. Mine cane with several dings and one broken off piece that doesn’t leave it useless but does not allow it to fold open or close as smoothly as I had hoped. Otherwise i still like it and it still works. I just can’t fold it closed or Open by myself because of the broken part.

I had a twin bed mattress and it fits perfectly. visiting family slept comfortably

I gave it a 4 star but a bunch of the end buttons fell off and broke in transit. I didn't feel like calling customer service, but these should be packed separately, not on the bed where they come off in transit and break.
