Bar de maison en bois massif American Heritage Trenton - finition noire avec panneaux avant décoratifs, tablettes réglables, rangement pour verres à vin et armoire verrouillable

Nice bar but it arrived damaged and about 2 months late

I am very disappointed with this order. I have been waiting now for a few weeks for the other half of the bar to be delivered. I only received the top piece. I’ve been in contact with the seller and they claim they sent out the bottom half of the bar but that it was lost in shipping and that they sent out a new shipment but seem to be having issues with getting me a new tracking number. I’m now trying to get a refund but it’s been very difficult dealing with both wayfair and the seller customer support and no one seems to have answers for me. I would have never ordered this in the first place had I known all this trouble would occur.

Great style and design, but a bit on the flimsy side.

Very disappointed I received a partial delivery half of my bar wasn’t in the box only received the top and side of the bar

Definitely a love/dislike item. The pieces are not labeled so you have to figure out which piece is what just off the pictures that are on the "how to assemble" sheets. (pictures are not the greatest either). Once you figure out which piece goes where, it is very easy to build. Multiple pieces came damaged, including edges that are visible to the public (some of the damaged pieces get hidden). Black Sharpie covered what was visible. Once put together, it is absolutely stunning. Very sturdy, the black comes in a gloss black so it's very shiny. We love it. If you're looking for barstools to size up to this bar, I purchased 34 inch bar stools.
