LOVE IT but Ordered the incorrect size for my mattress - UGH!

I’m so happy with this grey bed—it completely transformed my bedroom! The color is a beautiful, soft grey that pairs perfectly with any bedding and adds a modern, elegant touch to the space.

Got the Elzie bed in king. Price was right and delivery time was fast. 2 things: 1. Paid to have it delivered to room of choice and assembled. Little did I know that these would not be happening at the same time. Make sure that you are aware of what service you are purchasing. I will say, however, that customer service was helpful. Also, both delivery and assembly teams were professional and friendly. 2. The bed itself, does not look like the photo. There is gaping around the foot and sideboards. The pillows on the headboard are super flat and not plump as shown. Also, the pillows do not go up as high as they should. All and all, should have purchased the bed I saw at Crate but will live with it.

We love the low profile and padded back of the Elzie! Great product.
