Beautiful heavy piece

What I received looks terrible. The stain is thick an black. It was wet for days after I received is leading me to believe they stained it the day before it came. Black comes off on your hands when you touch it. The color is no where close to what the original looks like

We are so pleased with this purchase! The sideboard is absolutely perfect for our needs and looks like a more expensive piece of furniture. The father-son team who delivered it checked it thoroughly to be sure there was no damage and took all the packing materials with them.

It’s a nice piece. Solid wood and nicely crafted. I do agree with the previous poster about the stain. I polished mine right away and there was a lot of black colored stain that came off on the cloth. But after one pass, it seemed fine. One more issue, one of the glass doors was shattered. But Wayfair has been responsive about the issue. I’ll be very happy to see the replacement. It is a bit pricey. But if the issue with the door is corrected and the replacement is sent, I’ll be happy with the item.

Amazing piece of furniture. We never expected this piece to be of such high quality. It looks like a hand made piece that is very heavy and solid wood not particle board. Very impressed!!
