I was looking for a piece of furniture with 2 functions to put in my walk in, custom closet somewhere to sit and something sturdy to stand on. And something a little unusual and definitely pleasing to the eye. I found it with this item. This can be used in 2 different positions. I chose the lower to the ground position because the sittingstanding area is wider. However, it’s attractive from all angles. And very sturdy. I stand on it to reach highest shelves cubbies, and feel very secure. It’s modern looking, but also traditional. Solid wood furniture never goes out of style. Very well built. PS The round rug also came from Wayfair.
