I have not opened the 5 heavy boxes of this bed yet. However, after giving detailed instructions to the driver, these HEAVY boxes were left outside my door at a Senior Living Complex!! I had to pay 250 to have them brought inside. One of the side pieces was damaged. Now that I finally moved - I opened the bed and one of the side rails was crushed. I will get a new one from Wayfair in 10-14 days. Their customer service is usually good. The bed does look as pictured. Assembly of the bed cost 200. To date, I have had to spend an extra 450 on this bed. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS PURCHASE.

Came defective with dents and actual nails sticking out. This is dangerous. Also mattress support is completely garbage an barely provides support. I had to make my own base because theirs is so bad. The real brand of this is Furniture of America! Look for a local furniture store and have then order it from Furniture of America for higher quality! Furniture of America also has a search engine from local dealers to find them.

Disappointed. The finish was sloppy at connection points, also not really a "stained wood" look - looks like brown paint. Not worth the price, thankfully it's in a guest room so I don't need to see my mistake too often.

Bed is excellent! Color matches perfectly with my existing cherry red furniture.

Very nice bed, though darker than expected and it took about four weeks to get here because of damage en route and replacement delays. My husband and I spent about three hours setting it up. We definitely didn’t trust the cheaply made slats, but used them anyway along with a metal platform we already had.
