Very very stiff chairs uncomfortable

I tried to complain about the Chair over chat! No good respond at all. The Chair has a very bad order. was not in a box delivered to my front door. Came of the truck unpacked, the material for the price is very hard so is the cushion and back to sit on. For the Money I believe the chair should be picked up. I have purchased many large items from Wayfair; this is my first complaint. Hope fully I will find a wingchair to replace this on your website. please let me know if we can talk about return.

Im very disappointed with my order it arrived damaged, and it doesnt set flush on the floor ( even) it doesnt look like the picture that was displayed online

The chair is just as described on website. Absolutely beautiful!
