The bed is beautiful. Even more than what the photo shows. Customer service was horrible. My delivery was rescheduled over and over because of poor customer service. When it finally came the delivery men were the best. They were very nice neat and fast. They did a beautiful job putting it together. 5 stars for the delivery guys. Wayfair sucks.
