Genivra Solid Wood Coffee Table

I ordered a coffee table(-$800) and it was delivered with broken legs and cracked table top. I got a refund and immediately ordered another style costing the same amount. The next table i received had chunks out of one of the legs. I have pictures of all the damage.i chatted with a customer rep who then ordered me hardware which was not what I needed. I just needed a leg replaced. Talked to another rep who had me rebox a 93 pound table for pickup which I did. I got multiple cancelation emails and no confirmation about the pickup then all of a sudden a table appears. And it was damaged also. Cracked leg and table top. I just took it to a repair shop and paid another $200 to repair it and kept it. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WAYFAIR AGAIN.Shoddy products,careless delivery service,un helpful customer reps. So disappointed for a rather expensive coffee table.

Surface is printed on. Seems heavy and hardy enough, but I'm worried about how it'll hold up to our rambunctious kiddos.

Table came in chipped at four different places. Problem is that we did not opened till couple of months after receipt since the new house we moved into was not ready for furniture till now. We are guessing it is too late to bring to WAyfair's attention... which is a darn shame WE PAID HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR A PICTURE PERFECT CENTER TABLE THAT NOW WE HAVE TO CRINGE WHEN ANY OF OUR GUESTS GLANCE AT IT AND SEE THE IMPERFECTIONS (4).
