I really like the cabinet design and was looking forward to using it to store my CD collection. Unfortunately not only did the cabinet come with a broken knob (not a deal breaker) but the build quality was very poor for the price. I paid over $600 for the cabinet and it looked like a $200 item. It had missing stain on door and top edges, trim pieces were misaligned and the shelving material was poorly finished and badly scuffed. It's a piece from China and it looks it. I'm very disappointed. I returned it.

the piece was extremely dirty/dusty and one glass pane broken. There is no way to remove glass as it is glued with wood. The condition of the product looked like an auction piece. If it had been cleaned, had removable glass I would have given 5 stars for the price. The condition and price was disappointing. Have not contacted Wayfair. This is the first ever piece of furniture to arrive this poorly. Someone is not inspecting for quality. Wayfair is much better than this and because I have ordered a lot from them I know this is not the norm. UPDATE: I never contacted Wayfair, didn't have to, they contacted me. Obviously someone is paying attention. Unfortunately they were unable to replace the glass or the door itself however they did give me a partial refund which is satisfactory. After cleaning up the unit we were satisfied with the results, With the refund we will take to a glass store and have it repaired. Special thank you to Krista G. at Wayfair who contacted me and followed up through the whole process. Now that is the Wayfair I know and the reason I will always continue to buy from them. They will do their best to accommodate the situation. Update to 5 stars for the customer service

First off I wanted to start off my saying the Supervisor, Tricia was a Godsend and the reason I will continue to shop ay Wayfair. I had initially purchased this a week or so ago and had to send back, as it was badly damaged. Really liked it and decided to buy it again , well it was damaged again, the top part of the wood and the cloudy discolored look in the bottom cubbies. Well I had asked for a Supervisor and got Tricia D. she was so concerned, apologized sincerely and gave a significant discount, we decided to keep it. She further flowed up the following week as she advised to see if everything turned out Ok. Just great customer care. Glad we decided to keep it, it's quite nice.

I was hesitant to buy this because of mixed reviews. However, it arrived in perfect condition and looks great. It fits my space and easily holds our cd and dvd collections. I would recommend this item.

Loved the style. Unfortunately the wood was scraped on the top. The cabinet was filthy. I can take care of the faults but I shouldn’t have to. Still it will hold my media and that’s what I wanted.
