Multi-function King Size Platform Bed with Sockets, USB, 6 open Storage Compartments and Drawers

I hate this bed with a passion. Save yourself your time, money, and sanity—buy something else. We ordered this bed about a year ago, and from the start, it was a mess. Parts arrived duplicated, some were drilled incorrectly, and others were stuck together with paint that hadn’t even fully dried. We requested replacement parts, but even those had incorrectly drilled holes. My husband is handy and managed to make it work, but we shouldn’t have had to do that with a brand-new product. On top of that, the listing feels misleading—many of the photos don’t show hardware that is very visible in person. Less than a year later, I’ve already replaced this bed frame and am getting rid of this monstrosity.

Since we bought this bed frame in May 2025, 3 of the slats have broke, leaving us sleeping at a downward angle or lobsided through the night. Most recently, last night with our 7 week old baby in the bed. We are very handy people, so we have been able to fix it with our own material 2 times before. This being the 3rd time is the straw that broke the camels back since we had a baby in the bed who rolled into the headboard when the topfirst slat broke at 3a. We are not people who are hard on things, or roughhouse on the bed. The material is simply not sturdy, but I guess that’s what you pay for, right The installation sucks. Point blank. I was pregnant when it arrived so I couldn’t help my husband assemble it. What I tried to do was organize and manage the ONE THOUSAND parts and pieces it requires. It took him 6 straight hours to complete…not because he was struggling to follow directions but because you have to put together every last piece. Oh, and they sent 2 of the same side panels so the holes were drilled incorrectly for it to come together on one side. My husband was able to use his own tools to MacGyver it so we could use it that night. My recommendation would be to avoid buying this product at all costs. We are already looking for a new bed frame only 7 months later (not through wayfair). Thank you for listening to my Ted talk.

The photos make this look amazing but after putting it together, we couldn’t be more displeased. The screws show all over the frame from the outside. The wood is poor quality and splits easily. The frame is wobbly. I couldn’t be more unhappy with this purchase. It’s unfortunate that it’s already built and would be more inconvenient to disassemble and send back. Don’t waste your money.

BEYOND AWFUL. WARNING-DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! If my husband and I I could give this thing 0 stars, we'd have done it already. We are on our second bed frame after the first one broke down within 6 weeks after purchase (we also purchased the protection plan, although we aren't entirely sure why now because it does not cover the assembly side and no one told us this fact). We paid to have the frame assembled. That person was immediately frustrated after opening the product to find that a number of parts were pre-drilled incorrectly and misaligned. He tried to make it work, and it did...for 6 weeks. The slats then split in half. Wayfair replaced it for free (yes, the very same product) but made us pay for another person to come assemble the frame. Their rep advised that if there was a problem again, we'd have to....return the frame to them! HOW? After 5 hours, the second frame was "finished," only for us to notice the frame's support slats were not installed at the head of the frame and the book shelf was installed improperly. Both of us slid down into the frame when we tried to sit on our mattress. TL;DR Bottomline: Don't buy -- Wayfair needs to take this product off the market ASAP!
