Commode à six tiroirs

Received this item in one day which was great! But unfortunately got three broken pieces and two more pieces broke while assembling. I'm trying wood glue but I'll probably be calling for replacement pieces. Not happy with this product so I cannot recommend.

Received black handles. Submitted a request to have gold handles sent to me. They never came. Next customer service rep processed a new request and the email confirmation said it is for 5 handles. I clearly said 6 handles in the chat, and there are 6 handles pictured on the dresser. When the replacement handles did finally come, they are black. Going to try to find handles but if I can't, this dresser was a complete waste of assembly time and money because it is not what I ordered.

I’m very happy with this dresser! It looks great in my bedroom and fits a good amount of clothing pieces. I wouldn’t say that this was easy to put together. With one person it took about 4 hours to assemble. It was well worth it in the end!

Poorly made , ordered this 6 drawer dresser I assembled it as instructions said was fairly easy to do I noticed they had 3 right and 3 left drawer faces on the instructions labeled 13L and 14 R , my box came with 13L faces and only 2 were labeled 14R . I didn’t think it would make a difference because a drawer face is a drawer face … sadly it made an difference . once I was finished and slide the drawers in three drawers fit and the other three drawers for the right side did not fit . It has an extra .5 inch on the end making it impossible to close how it should it hits the side of the dresser. I contacted customer service they checked the rails and confirmed it was built correctly so they are sending new faces . I took this dresser all the way apart and rebuilt it making sure I didn’t miss any steps ( I’m really good at building things I’m a hands on kinda woman I’m also a perfectionist) it never takes me long and I never mess up a project . This was really tuff on me . I’m hoping I didn’t get a short measured dresser and the faces to the right side of the dresser does the trick but as you can see in the photos above something wasn’t measured right according to the blue print
