Easy assembly, minor inconsistency with the leaf being a bit higher than the table in spots. Very sturdy. 5/6 chairs were fine and easy to assemble, one had some issues that made it impossible to bolt the seat to the back/legs but wayfair customer service came through as always.

Based on assembly alone, these chairs do not meet our expectations. Due to quality control, 3 of the 4 chairs we purchased have construction errors that have required us to be creative in order to finish assembly. These include bolt holes not quite lining up between components, a corner bracket being attached too far in, rendering the bolt too short to screw in securely (we're going to see if we have another bolt that is long enough) and significant wobble on 2/4 of the chairs, despite following the trouble shooting recommendations in the directions. I selected these chairs based on the curated quality standards in hopes that we wouldn't come up against these issues. We haven't yet decided whether to keep the chairs. If we return them, it will be due to these quality control issues, since they are quite handsome, even if the seat is a bit high (which other reviewers have noted). They have a wide seat which is comfortable, so if we can mitigate the wobble, we will likely keep them rather than deal with the hassle of returns shipping
