It works in my guest room as I did not want to purchase a full iron bed frame. I have attached it to the standard mattress frame with zip ties to stabilize it. The hardware to attach it is a beast, so left that out. Not 5 star worth as this is a very inexpensive alternative to real cast iron bed frames.

Exactly what I was looking for, but the bolts didn’t fit the bed frame. So I had to get bolts that fit. Once I replaced the bolts the bed looked great. I would have given it a 5 star pexcept for that issue.
