Box arrived damaged, had small scuff from the damage. Got a 20% back refund, but then as I started building I noticed that a log of the pieces were scratched way worse - contacted customer support and they didn't do anything about it. Was missing a piece and it took a week to send it out. I think that this item had been returned by someone else and that is why it was so sratched and had a missing piece. Product looks a lot cheaper than it does in the pictures when you get up close but it took so long to build that it is not worth the hassle of returning for an actual new one

Awful! Do not buy this - I wish I could get a refund. Despite arriving in two boxes that weighted over 80lbs each this piece is flimsy. The instructions say it’s only rated for 90 lbs which isn’t suitable for an adult to sit on…so why is there a bench? Also, you definitely need two people to assemble because the instructions say the top must be lifted in place.

This piece of furniture is awful. It was not anything like what the picture shows and is made very cheap. It is not worth what they are asking money wise for it and was all scuffed up. I have to put this in my new home and I’m not happy about it.

looks pretty, but cheap material for the cost, the directions are awful. i do not believe this will last us long term, but something this big that comes in 2 large heavy boxes is too much of a pain to return. again it looks pretty but if you get close enough you can tell its cheap. if it was 1/2 of what we paid ($550 our price) then maybe
