Bailey 96" Square Arm Sofa with Reversible Cushions

Update This year will be 5 years since purchasing this couch. Since the moment we received the couch, we measured and went to a hardware store to purchase a reinforcement board, that sits under the cushions. We did not want to have issues with it, and we haven’t had any. No dips in the couch. After reading the other reviews, I believe this is the only method to preserve this couch.

IMPORTANT UPDATE DO NOT BUY!!! The reviews are all fake saying this couch is great when it’s just not. If you see anyone reviewing this couch with 5 stars and at the bottom of the review it says “Neighbors Program” just know they received the couch for free and are absolutely lying about the the durability of this couch! Honestly it’s not worth more than 300 bc it will not last longer than 3mos before it starts to sink to he!! Do NOT purchase this couch, I’ve completely eaten my word from my original review. This couch is stunning in person. Absolutely beautiful, the fabric is butter soft and incredibly easy to clean. BUT this couch is not made to last at all. The cushions do not connect and sink in, and whatever is holding the couch together seems to be made of very, very cheap material. Honestly, I would return the couch if the delivery fee was not expensive. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to buy a similar couch. This is too expensive of an item to not hold up. I absolutely adore this couch. The material is buttery smooth and just feels amazing on skin. It’s so comfortable and large, very easy to fall asleep on. It’s a great quality couch that seems to be very durable. The only thing to note is that it may be a little low to the ground for some people. I don’t mind it but actually prefer it since I have two active and independent toddlers who can get on and off the couch with ease by themselves. It came with white glove service which was amazing, so no assembly or box clean up was necessary on my end. Overall I’m really happy with this purchase. The couch looks way more expensive that what it was and is more comfortable than I expected. Purchasing sofas can be so daunting online because you never know what you’ll get in person but this couch is one you definitely won’t regret.

Comfortable. Living up to it's expectation

Enormous and hard to sit in. Not a piece for casual company. This is definitely a lounging couch when you get in it for the day and don't plan to be up and about at all. Great quality, one solid piece. Quite expensive. Delivery was a nightmare because it was so heavy and wouldn't fit in the elevator (I checked the dimensions before I purchased to be sure it would fit). The delivery people were not gentle with it, and it barely fit through my door. Still, it's well-made.
