We are constantly amazed by the quality of the packing Wayfair provides, and the chair arrived in perfect condition and on time. I’m waiting at four stars because the casters are noisier than is acceptable. Replacing the casters with a heavier duty model will not be a problem. Love the look of this chair. If you are smaller framed, a lumbar pillow will be a great addition. If you are a little large like my wife’s husband, the chair is just fine
