Electric wire burned after 1 week remote does not work

This bed is so beautiful. I love the chaining and fabric colors. The combination looks so high end. The bed itself is a good quality and was packaged very nicely. Overall I purchase this again. I am very happy with this purchase.

We are using this bedframe in our guest bedroom and the shipping was solid and fast, the packaging was a bit excessive but protected the frame during shipping and the install solo was fairly easy and took about 30 minutes. I cannot complain about a single thing with this frame and we love the look of it! Quality seems pretty good and the led lights were a nice surprise

Overall I’m so happy with this bed—the linen upholstery and woven detailing is super cute, and so far it’s held up well. During assembly we did notice that it looks like the wells that the hardware for the center leg supports are supposed to fit into and the wells for the screws that attach the slats to the frame were on the same side when they should have been on opposite sides which caused a bit of bowing in the slat over the supports, but we were able to finish assembly and so far it’s held up without issue. We also noticed that where the LED wire connector is was getting super hot, so we have unplugged that portion. Aside from those two things though, the bed has been really great!

Got this bed because it looks beautiful and it’s a pretty good price for a solid wood bed. The assembly was pretty easy. I got a queen and when I put the mattress on, the bed frame is a lot bigger than the mattress. Either it’s a defective bed or they sent me a King size instead. I also could not figure out how to turn out the back lights. There’s absolutely no instructions on the lighting. It came with a remote for the lights and a charger. There’s a wire in the back of the bed that’s supposed to connect to something to make the lights work - but that part was missing, Ive looked everywhere inside the boxes. Anyways, it’s too late to return it because we already spent too much time assembling it. I will just cover the extra empty mattress space with a comforter and try to figure out how to make the lights work.
