I ordered grey and received espresso brown. I phoned Wayfair and explained the colour difference and they said it was quite likely a sku problem. I was sent a replacement and received brown yet again! I was told by the woman on the phone the second time around that is what they consider grey and that I was the one who was colour blind. Needless to say after all of that they were going to charge me for returning them which was definitely an error on their side. The workmanship is bad on these and they aren’t painted properly. Don’t waste your money. This was my first time ordering from Wayfair and the last. No compensation was offered to me nor any sort of replacement that they had in an actual grey colour. All I was told was they could give me a 10% coupon for my next purchase. I told them to keep it. Not impressed at all with their customer service.
