It is beautiful. It came very well packaged. It is firm with a little crush when sat upon. It held its shape through the delivery process. It doesn't have storage. ( I knew this from the reviews.)

A great ottoman!! I haven’t taken the plastic off yet because I have a puppy that I’m worried about chewing on it, but it will come off eventually, lol. I needed something tall and sturdy to sit on while putting on shoes in our small “mudroom nook.” This ottoman was perfect! It’s sturdy enough to sit on (weight tested up to 200lbs at my house), and just the right size and height! I couldn’t be happier with it!
