Definitely not great quality. Expected better for the price

first, I will say Wayfair customer service is outstanding. However, I will not purchase any merchandise from the seller again. I ordered two chairs at 696 per chair. Chair arrived with a leg broken that had been glued back together, scratches, and was clearly a return. in addition, the packaging was horrendous. Styrofoam had been hand broken in the boxes and was a mess inside. We had to go outside finish unpacking it took an hour to vacuum inside sweep outside and then blow what we could not get up.

Purchased & received 2 of these chairs. They are beautiful & perfect for my space. However...had them in storage in their original packing due to a delayed closing on a home & by the time we opened them, it was past the return window. One of the chairs was broken on the back in 3 places!!! Wayfair nor the manufacturer were willing to replace or even discount/credit for the purchase of a new chair. These fake wood chairs are $730 each!!! Beware!

Just beautiful. Read the description though...it is slightly distressed but it's really a lovely piece. I would not want to sit on it for very long, really not that comfy but I'm giving it high marks anyway. The seat is totally off so can easily be recovered, a big plus for me. I bought the black.
