Keiper Upholstered 54'' Loveseat

The pros: This loveseat is beautiful! It is not at all like the cheap wicker you buy from the big box stores. This piece is heavy and sturdy. A classic piece of furniture that will last for years and likely even be passed down to future generations. I replaced a too large loveseat with this one in my small sunroom. It is the perfect size for my narrow room. The cushions are thick and very firm which I also like. Some may find them too firm, but because you don't sink into the cushions, it is much easier for a senior to get up and down. The firm seating allows me to sit high enough to watch the birds outside my window. I chose the Freeport Summer fabric which is very pretty. The fabric is thick and sturdy and the cushions are well made. The cons: I don't understand why it can take weeks to receive furniture from Wayfair when I could order the same thing in other places and get it within days. I ordered from Wayfair because the piece was clearance priced but had to wait approx. 10 weeks to receive it. Delivery was not ideal. I never saw the email that was supposed to be sent so my only warning that the piece was being delivered came 30 minutes before the truck arrived. The loveseat was left outside my front door and although Wayfair says you can "upgrade" shipping after your purchase, the only option was to have the loveseat dropped inside my front entrance instead of outside my front entrance which was hardly worth an extra fee. There was was no option available to have the loveseat delivered into the room where I wanted it. Fortunately, it is small and light enough that my husband and I were able to remove it from its cardboard box and carry it into the house ourselves. I love this piece so much that I’m considering both matching chairs and a dining room table and chairs by the same “Spice Islands” company.

I ordered the loveseat, chair, ottoman, and 2 end tables for the sunroom in my new home. I chose a different material pattern and love the style and design. Its just the look I wanted!

The Keiper 54'' loveseat is gorgeous!. I thought it would be smooth cotton or sturdy canvas type fabric but it was delicious soft velvet or velour with brocade recessed outlines in the design. The teals are clean and slightly variegated. The wicker is cleanly and beautifully done. It arrived a little earlier than I expected but we're very happy with it. The delivery guys were cheerful and respectful. They handled everything carefully, unloaded, removed the packaging and placed it where we asked. I've ordered several times from Wayfair. On a previous order, we needed to return an item due to a sizing mistake. Customer service helped us to return and get a different size. They were helpful and kind, not difficult at all. We are very happy with the quality of merchandise, the easy to shop website and the delivery company.
