I have had three of these barstools and love the look. But one of them broke on the seat and have had it less than 3 months! Buyers beware! This was from just normal use.

These are ok. Not what I expected but I kept them anyway. The back is very low and I fell the material they are made from will come apart more so than sea grass.

Normandie Stool (color: gray white wash), which is what I ordered, might be great, but it's not what Wayfair sent me. Wayfair sent me Safavieh Tobie Rattan Stool (color: gray). I haven't opened the box, and don't know what to do with it. Wayfair's customer service is NON-EXISTENT. SOS!!!!

This is my first Wayfair purchase and my first purchase of any furniture online. The chair is beautiful but not exactly what I thought it would be. The front edge of the seat has sharp edges that will scratch the back of your legs when you are wearing shorts, skirt, etc. I will need to get a cushion which I hadn't wanted or planned on.

Very well built and sturdy. I love them!
