TERRIBLE. This was $499. Totally grey and discolored, with grey stripes, it's like it must have gotten wet or something. I tried to return it and they offered me $120 off to keep it. So like, no. Then they wanted $180 in SHIPPING costs to return it. Even with chatting with them and showing them this photo, my only option was to lose money on something I cannot use. Then they would NOT offer me that amount off to keep it, but were able to give me 15% off. But I'm out either way.
