Console en bois massif Lumsden

This is the 2nd console I have received. The first one the the 2 drawers were so different I sent it back for a replacement . I sent customer service a picture of it. She agreed. I will say their customer service dept. should get a 10 star rating. I received the replacement yesterday and once again the 2 drawers do not come close to looking the same in color or style. Well , I kept it anyway, it was a little better than the 1st one. Not by much though. How many would I have had to order and send back to get one to match better ??? That is why I only gave it 2 stars. I don't really like it, but will learn to live with it. If I had not already gotten the coffee and side table I would of sent back and looked for something different. So don't order this if you can't take looking at 2 different drawers. The wood is beautiful and solid. The instructions are very hard to follow , so did it by common sense. Biggest drawl back is the allen wrench needs to be a lot smaller to make complete turns in the screw. You could only get a 1/4 turn and this made putting it together a lot longer and harder

Difficult to put together! It’s like a balancing act for two people. But done, it’s super pretty and sturdy. Good purchase!!!

Great quality product and package very well to protect from shipping damage. Instructions on assembly could have been more detailed. Found it easier to assemble after completing one side of the legs to turn it on end to install the shelves and the other legs.
