The product is great however it came packaged with a dead lizard inside. At first customer service said they would go above and beyond and provide me with a full refund and file a request to not have to return the items. Unfortunately the request was denied (even after a confirmation and ticket number was sent saying I should expect to see a refund within 3-5 business days). I was told the only way to get a refund would be to return the items. I wish I was Karen enough to say they won’t be getting my business again for stringing me along but I do like their products and will likely purchase from them again.
