Not a real back piece unfortunately, but considering the price I should’ve expected that. Everything else is great.

I like this bookcase. It was easy to assemble and I like that the shelves can be moved to suit however high you need them to be however much space you want between them. Some of mine are closer together and others farther apart to accommodate differing heights in my books and decor.

I bought 2 of these for my office. One came with several broken pieces. I contacted the manufacturer which is what the instructions said to do. They responded quickly but said that it would be 2 to 3 weeks before my pieces would be shipped. I'll revise when I get the pieces.

For the price, this looks nice. Yes, the back is cardboard, which is disappointing, but it looks nice once assembled and was pretty straightforward to put together.

Looks good, but I would not overload.
