Recently moved and our previous high end sofas didn't work well with the living room layout. I would say this is more of an entry level sectional and I do not expect for this sectional to last many years of use. The cushions are firm but thin and each cushion doesn't seem to be the same level of firmness and thickness as one another. I weigh 175 lbs and there's certain cushions I do not sit on as I don't believe they'll maintain shape longterm. I didn't say anything about it to my family but my 85 pound kid made a similar comment to me recently. It did have some missing hardware for the flip out cup holder cushion hinge but I've made things work. Overall, it's very lightweight and the finish is very soft. I do wish I went with a different sectional for our temporary home though as I know I'll have to buy something else within the next 2-3 years.
