This chair is well-made, very strong. It has the perfect mid-century look that I wanted.

The main reason for the rating is the picture on WayFair does not represent the color of the chairs. I was expecting the color to be closer to the table in the picture. The color is more of a straw color. Attached Photos taken under 3000K lighting with a CRI 95. The chairs are well made as one can see the reinforcement brackets on bottom of chair, thick glides. Where the wood is curved it is a plywood but that will give it strength. Foam in cushion is thin but very firm. Fabric appears to be durable and is soft to the touch. Chairs sit level and steady—no movement even if you wiggle around a lot. Comfortably holds a 5’ 10” 330lb person—back holds you in snuggly when leaning back. The finish looks to have a catalysed protective coating to make it easy to clean but not the bottom of the legs so you may want to seal the bottoms if you get a lot of liquid on your floor. Almost wish the chairs came unstained so I could match the table exactly. We like the design, comfort, price, and build of the chairs so debating whether to send them back but we know we will not get a perfect match unless custom which would easily be $400 a chair. If the wayfair picture matched the actual product I would give 5 stars.

Chairs are very solid and sturdy, well made, excellent craftsmanship from Bulgaria.
