Chaise rembourrée en bois massif Venuction (Ensemble de 2)

These chairs have the potential to be nice furniture. They arrive dirty, actual dirt and debris on them. They are not packaged well at all. They slip a flimsy plastic bag over the chair and drop it (fully assembled which is nice!) into a flimsy giant box. The chairs have damage on them before even going in the box, then the chairs are further damaged in transit. I ordered 6 chairs and they came in beat up broken boxes and the chairs had either physical damage to the wood or poor craftsmanship. The black lining sticks out from under the cushion and is incredibly obvious to see. I spent an hour or so taking tiny scissors to trim away the excess black lining so it would not be visible under the white cushion. I filed a complaint with Wayfair and after A LOT of discussion, repeating the same story over and over, and explaining to them that being sent parts is not an option since these chairs are fully assembled and there is no way to take them apart, they agreed to send me 6 new chairs. Again, the same problems all over again. Poor packaging, damage to the wood, dirty chairs. For $1300 these are not worth it. Maybe they would be worth about $50 per chair tops. The wood is solid, the cushion is nice looking but they are ruining these chairs through mishandling them, poor packaging, shotty workmanship. I do not recommend at all.

The chairs I received were not the ones I ordered. They are the same style, but a different color and a different seat covering. As far as I can tell, they match the table that they were purchased for better than the ones I chose. I can't say much about the seat material that I received. I will keep them, but it isn't what I ordered. The chairs are very nice, but!!

very nice! well made and attractive. Padded seats are comfortable.

Very nice, well built sturdy chair. Just be aware of the height - a little short, but not a fatal fault.
