I bought in black because we have 4 french bulldogs we bought ladders runners they afraid of this bed is perfect they can hop Up and diwnno worries about then hurting their backs and storage under side benchs all 3 ways aroung i love ot

Bed is fire tbh but the customer service agents and delivery drivers has tainted this experience !! I’m in awe. I was hung up on multiple times no call backs , talked to like a child like I didn’t spend money with this company and I was just calling for a status update for a credit because the white glove service was not provided as promised !!! I was going to take the credit and hush because the bed is beautiful but boy the workers will be this companies downfall !! I will be sending a email whoever to whoever is at the top of the chain of Wayfair company because this needs to be looked at and addressed.

So the bed is huge. The measurements are correct in the details online. I get a lot of compliments. Very beautiful. A few things was one of the sides stitching came undone so I had to sew it. I don’t think this was from shipping. Definitely done at the factory. The back of the headboard had a big whole and exposed wood but it was the back and nothing wrong with the headboard itself. I have an adjustable base and it works perfect. I luv my bed
