It’s a big chair, which is what I was looking for. It was easy to put together, although I haven’t been able to screw in one of the bolts because there doesn’t seem to be a hole fully drilled into the back of the chair. I’ve requested a replacement part, and we’ll see what happens. I’ll try the chair out once it’s fully assembled with all of the bolts in place.

This chair is ok but definitely not great. It’s wide and the cushioning is comfortable. However the back doesn’t tilt and the hydraulics doesn’t work as well as I would expect ( I am under the weight capacity advertised). The seat tends to drop too low when sat it in which is a problem if you’re tall.

This office chair had easy assembly, but the hardware to attach the arm to the seat is inside the seat, and the left side broke immediately - now this arm flops to the side. There is no way to reattach or tighten without taking it apart. Also, the listing says it's got adjustable arms, which it doesn't. However, this chair IS designed for someone big and tall, and the seat is wide and comfortable to use.

I’m posting a picture of this chair next to a smaller standard size chair just to really put its size in context. It’s a big one! My husband is pretty average sized (5’8” and 155 or so) and this chair is sooo big for him. He thought ordering a big and tall chair would be more comfortable, but the arm rests are so spaced out it’s almost comical because he can’t reach. Anyway, the chair is well made, so if you are looking for a chair for someone who is truly big and tall, this might be the chair for you!
