The chair is comfortable the head rest is a bit lose and difficult to tighten.

The Information given does not suit the specifications. Listed as having adjustable arms yet not adjustable in any capacity. Listed to have adjustable back but dont be fooled there is no seperate level controll for this or any other adjustment besides height. Finaly the Arm the the right is slightly higher then the arm of the left. Besides all that the chair is confy, nicely weighted and despite not having a level for back control, the given control option does work well enough. Just wish my arms where adjustable as advertised, and where not uneven.
