It is comfortable, and seems to be well built at first. I'm actually on my second one of these. The first broke at one of the bolt points where the arm rest attaches and nearly dumped me on the floor, that was just a few weeks after the 90 day warranty expired. I liked it enough to buy another and give it another try, by that time the name/model had changed, same chair, a little more expensive... Well here we are 9 days after the 90 warranty expired and the spring plate is broken, again nearly throwing me backwards through my window. These chairs are supposed to support 400 lbs, im heavy but not nearly that heavy, Should be getting a lot more time out of a chair with this kind of price tag. Luckily I didnt get rid of the first broken chair and have enough pieces to put something together... Needless to say this will likely be my last purchase on this site, I've had nothing but problems with the purchases I've made.

I love this chair. It is very comfortable and roomy. Big enough to hold my weight. Very easy to assemble.

It stays up and I don’t gradually sink so that my chin fits comfortably on my desk. It’s very comfortable, moves smoothly and is easy to manage.
