Bilbrook Bed

Buyer beware! We ordered this bed and had white glove delivery. After less than 6 months, the bed was extremely wobbly and the headboard was loose. Turns out this “white glove” team choose to not install most of the lock washers and the headboard had a defect that they did not notify us of. One of the three mounting points for the headboard was missing the insert on the headboard side to allow the bolt to actually be installed. They just didn’t install it. WayfairBirch Lane refused any support since it was outside the 30 day window and there is no way to repair it. I cannot recommend purchasing this item. Terrible delivery service and the fact that they just didn’t install a bolt and thought that was okay is a safety issue. The only “help” offered by customer service was advice to consult a local furniture repair person for a bed that is less than 6 months old..

We absolutely love the Bilbrook Bed! The colour is exactly as represented in the photos. Excellent quality for the price point too - would highly recommend it!

We couldn’t be happier with our purchase of this bed. It’s well made, great quality and the white glove delivery and assembly was wonderful. We couldn’t believe how quickly the guys put it all together!
