Snaps don’t stay attached would not recommend!!

Extremely disappointed in these barstools. They do not appear to be genuine leather to me. The edges of the straps are coming apart and I am constantly having to snip the black strings off to keep the stools looking decent. The material also has not softened over time as genuine leather would. Starting to wonder whether I was duped since the stools that I received, in no way, perform like genuine leather should. The underside of the straps are not hide, they are a nylon fabric material.

Do not buy these! We have had them for just over a month now. No matter who sits on the stool (adult or little kid), the buttons underneath keep popping open. Once this happens, the entire seat sags. One chair did this from the beginning, but within a month, now they are all doing this!

Do not buy this! The weight limit is 275 lbs but my 215 lb husband sits on it and all of the buttons come unsnapped. It’s is like Medusa’s hair to put back together. I called Birch Lane/Wayfair to ask how to put it back together and they have yet to send me instructions. The pieces have to be woven in a certain pattern in order to not have any hardware showing. Also the snap buttons are cheap and don’t snap. For as much money as we have spent at Wayfair over the years I would have expected more help, particularly with expensive stools. Do not buy these!

We love these bar stools! They not only look but feel high quality, comfortable, and an added bonus is they are light weight when moving!
