I am so glad I purchased this table. It is a beautiful heirloom quality that is heavy and a nice dark brown finish. When the whole group (up to 10 at times) gather for a meal or game, we can see each other and no one is left out because they are at the end

The table is just as pictured, I love how it looks in my space. The table is a little darker than I expected. It's a very sturdy table. It did arrive with a chipped piece on the base, but I was able to handle the situation fairly and quickly with a Wayfair representative.
