There are two parts to this review....my review of the sectional and my review with wayfair/shipping. First off, the couch is amazing!!! We ordered it in white and it is 100% like the picture. The quality is even way better than I expected, truly looks like a pottery barn sofa. The back pillows are very plush and comfy, while the seat cushions need a little bit of time to break in, however, appear to be doing so very quickly. It also seems super easy to the take the slipcovers off for cleaning, another major perk! Overall, I can't say enough good things about it. HOWEVER......our shipping experience is another story. When the sectional was delivered (about 5 weeks after ordering it), the shipping company forgot the chaise (aka half the sectional). So we called Wayfair....was on hold for 45 minutes and finally got ahold of someone. They told us the shipping company would be calling us soon to schedule the delivery of the chaise. 3 weeks later...the shipping company FINALLY contacted us (but after every few days checking back in with Wayfair). When the shipping company brought it into the house, we offered to take the door off the hinge to allow more room the get the chase in. The guys insisted it wasn't necessary, and immediately started ramming the chaise into our door frame, shattering the leg of the chaise. They quickly threw it down and ran out the door, not addressing the issue at all. We were able to make a makeshift leg, however, it is absurd that this even happened....especially after waiting weeks for them to deliver the forgotten piece. Overall, since we love the sectional as much as we do, I would say the whole experience was worth it. There is also no need to pay for the extra delivery/clean up charge because unpacking it/putting it together was SUPER easy (took maybe 10 minutes). Well worth saving $100!

The sectional is great. The color wasn't what I was hoping for. But it would cost too much to ship back and exchange. Besides the color mishap, it is very comfy and spacious! I would recommend if you do the fabric swatches and make sure you're getting the color you like! It is also very lovely once you decorate with throws and pillows.

Love the sectional but the fabric pills up. I have not even had it a year. The chaise has it the worst. Very disappointed.
