Sofa took months and arrived damaged and in poor condition. Wayfair made the entire order, delivery, and post-sale process very difficult. Still no resolution. As of now, I’m out about $2k for a dirty, busted sofa. Not recommended

Highly recommend this comfortable and compact love seat. The cushions are supportive and very comfortable. The fabric is soft. We have had several people sleep on the pull out sofa and were quite comfortable. If you are looking for a smaller sofa...this should be the one.

Delivery experience was great. I could track my order and it came earlier than expected. The delivery guys were great also. Does this look like coca?! It's definitely more gray than brown.

ZERO STARS.. had to give at least one or you can’t post review … Very poor quality and care. This is the 3rd Sofa that comes Damaged. There has to be someone at your warehouse that is accountable. Production Manager, Manufacturing GM of that Plant. This is not acceptable. I’ve called and Customer Service Executive Resolutions Team NOONE at Wayfair Cares that customers are being treated this way. They won’t escalate calls to Senior Management. Very dissatisfied and now this is more than. a Year after first Order.
