Beautifi couch but very firm. Had to return because it was so hard

I get lots of complements on this sofa, it is comfortable and easy to care for.

Disappointed in the quality of the material (cheaply thin and craftsmanship 2 staples sticking up on the top and one leg screws in crooked). It looks more yellow than gold. Otherwise, it is comfortable. I would have chosen different options if I had known about the material and color.

I received a sofa with a manufacturing defect. After reaching out I was assured I would get another sofa ASAP but over 2 months later and still nothing. Every time I reach out about getting an update I get the same response and never hear back from customer service again. Very disappointed as I am now 3 months from original purchase date and still have not received the couch I ordered.

Love the sofa!! I think this sofa works for small spaces and large spaces.
