The bed looks exactly as pictured, and the headboard is very soft. The installation was easy until we reached the planks. This was somewhat challenging, as the planks required drilling new holes into the sideboards, and the long screws had to be replaced with shorter ones due to overlapping screw positions. Item was delivered and missing parts. I was told the missing parts would ship between 3-5 days. Now, it’s going to take weeks. The bed is half set up and unusable. This is my first and last purchase from Wayfair.
