It was difficult finding chairs in a light colored wood to go with the dining table we have. It needed to be strong and comfortable as well as match with the table. I think we have a very well needed product.

Love the design, and ordered 4 chairs. One chair was damaged. I contacted customer service, sent photos showing the crack straight through the wood. We agreed to a replacement. The return process was difficult as I am disabled, no printer, I could not lift the product and take it outside for pickup. I ended up having to pay someone ($40.00) to move the box outside for Fed Ex to pick up. Then they came twice and I had to show the second FedEx person that the box had been picked up (thank goodness for RING cameras.)
