I was told this order would be cancelled. And it wasnt. Customer service has been Abysmal. I am NEVER shopping at wayfair again.

I purchased my ottoman to go with my previously purchased sectional. It looks great . No complaints… the craftsmanship, everything about it is wonderful. My only gripe is with FedEx. The ottoman was shipped to me and the box was completely destroyed, and the inner wrap had been torn away and it looks like FedEx may have re-taped it haphazardly with some package tape. I don’t know how it got to me with just a small black smudge. I was thankful. Loving it now.

Just the right size. Color was true to form.

Great ottoman! Color is perfect and the size is as described. I did order material samples to ensure I got the right color. Takes a while to receive since it is custom, but I’m really happy with the product.

Awesome ottoman. Color of the custom fabric was exactly as shown on website. Excellent construction and the upholstery work was well done. Perfect size for my room (using as ottoman and extra seating when needed). Lighter than I thought it would be but still very sturdy for using as seating. Waited a bit for shipping since it was a custom order, but came almost 2 weeks before schedule date. It shipped Fed Ex and the shipping box was a bit oversized, but inside the ottoman was wrapped very well and delivered in pristine condition. Highly recommend.
